I believe... The systemic, dominant cultural paradigm is not life-giving.
Women and moms especially are exhausted, overwhelmed and burned-out because we are having a very natural response to an unhealthy, non-nurturing culture.
We can’t always change our circumstances, but we can live our values.
We all deserve community, validation, compassion, support, and to be able to feel resourced and live with purpose.
We must complete the stress cycle in our bodies in order to become more resilient and before we can begin to deal with the actual stressors in our lives.
We must trust our inner wisdom instead of always looking outside ourselves for answers.
Self-sacrifice is not what’s best for us or our families.
